Latest X'mas Card

Well I could quote how many more days til X'mas, but I won't, I'm sure you all know how rapidly it is approaching. For this years cards I don't think I could through without the stamp set Contempo Christmas and matching Ornament punch. Here I have teamed it with the new colours of Pear Pizazz, Poppy Parade and Crumb Cake (yes Crumb Cake is the new name for Kraft, sounds much more yummy). I have also used the Petals a Plenty embossing folder which looks like tiny poinsettia flowers and of course the new scallop trim border punch. Throw in the co-ordinated In Colour designer paper and there you have it. For details on the measurments for the Side Step card you can check out Julie Davisons blog here which is where I cased the card from.
Loving this card, must make some more. Thanks for looking

My Favourites

There were some gorgeous cards to look at, here are just a few of my favourites. The coffee pot and mug has been designed by Makeesha Byl, the maiden hair fern by Shannean Moncrieff, and the spritzed lillies by Amanda Reynolds-Smith. What beautiful cards.
Remember if you are interested in attending the Stampin' Up regionals in Cairns on the 23rd of October, as my guest, contact me on ascorsi2@bigpond.comsoon for bookings as I have five places left.

Stampin Up New 2010/2011 Catalogue

There is nothing like a new catalogue to inspire your Mojo and mine has returned. Brimming with new stamp sets and colours this catty is sure to please. If you havn't received a copy yet please email me at ascorsi2@bigpond.com or simply go online to view at www.stampinup.com.au under catalogues. Another kickstart to my Mojo was the wonderful weekend that Michelle and I had on the Tableland Retreat. Apart from the challenges and stampin talk, the highlight for me was to met Stampin Royalty Makeesha Byl. I have been a huge fan of hers for ages and if you check out her website you 'll soon see why. www.makeeshabyl.com.au A huge thank you must go to Shannean Monicreiff and her band of helpers for making the whole experience a blast.... Enough chitter chatter I will be back soon with my swap card and others from the retreat.
